When you can't finish loading your E-Mail, it may be as simple as; the files you are loading may be very large, and need to be checked on our server to see the file size.

Click on the "Check E-Mail" button on the Momentum home page

Type in your email address and password (lowercase)

Click on the INBOX

Manually click on your email on the server and look at the file size.

The Image below is an example. Your webmail may not have this layout design. Notice how the 1st email has 18 M, this could take hours to download. You could simply delete the email or download it. If you delete it, be sure to empty it out from your trash.

 

If your Webmail doesn't show the file size of the email, simply go to the Options link at the top of the page, then the Index Order link, and click Add Size.
