How much does your service cost?
Dial-up accounts are $19.95 + $3.00 per month for SPAM/Virus Filtering, Pop Up/ Ad Blocking, PC System and Connection Utility filtering. A one time activation fee of $15.00, plus tax is required for new accounts. These accounts include local & national wide dial-up access (no long distance phone charges), up to 5 email addresses, and 10 megabytes of storage for personal web pages. There are NO hidden charges.

Are there any other charges?
There are only other charges if you want other services (web pages, domain names etc.)

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, and we have a 30 day money back guarantee. You can cancel within 30 days for a full refund. Cancellations after 30 days: Refunds for any full months of remaining prepaid service.

Do I have to buy software?
No, most computers come completely equipped with Internet software. Our technicians will be happy to assist you in setting up your computer for the Internet.

What kinds of services do you offer?
We provide: Unlimited Internet access, Personal and Business Web page design, Domain Name Registration, Custom Programming, and Virtual Web Servers.

What's your dial-up access speed?
Our dial-up access speed is 56k/sec.

How quickly can I get on the net after I sign up?
You will have immediate access to the net once your account is activated.

Are personal web pages free?
Storage for your personal web pages is included in the monthly dial-up account cost. You must design and upload the pages yourself, or contract our web designers to do it for you.

What's the difference between a personal and business web page?
A personal web is a page about you, and has no advertising for any service or product. A business web page is billed as a separate category.

Will my credit card number be safe from hackers?
Our customer data base is not accessible from the Internet and thus cannot be compromised.

Are there any charges for phone calls to the Internet?
There are only charges for phone calls to access the Internet if you are calling long distance. Otherwise, the call is free.

I already have Internet access software. Will it work with your service?
Yes, most other Internet access software will work with our system, and we will help you configure it.

Can I still access America Online?
Yes. AOL has a home page with links at http://www.aol.com

In what way is your service better than my current provider?
We offer outstanding customer service and technical support, and our digital equipment will rapidly connect you to the most efficient telephone lines available. We work hard to resolve any problems you may have.

Is there a time limit “on line”?
There is no time limit “on line” -- we offer unlimited hours. However, inactive sessions will be terminated after 30 minutes to better serve as many customers as possible. After 6 hours on-line, our computers will automatically terminate the connection, it is a good idea to reconnect if you are going to download something that may take several hours. We do ask that you do not remain online 24 hours seven days a week. We figure you have to sleep sometime. If you wish to set up an around-the clock server, you will have to get a dedicated line.
