The webmail program has a separate folder for messages blocked as Spam. Simply click on the Spam folder in your webmail to view blocked messages. If you want this "Spammed" message, simply check the e-mail then click the Move button to move the message to your Inbox. To view a "Spammed" message that appears in "Text" format, click on the subject of the message. At the upper right hand corner of the window, click on the View As HTML link and the e-mail will appear in proper format.

Spam filtering services may be adjusted for each account based on the user's needs.

To adjust your Spam filter:

Click the Check E-Mail link on our homepage at www.moment.net

Log-in using your full email address, username@moment.net and password

Click on the Options tab shown below

Click on the Spam Filter Configuration link shown below

Adjust your Spam filter preferences by following the instructions outlined on the Spam Filter Configuration page.

Webmail also has many features, including color coding of messages from different domains or addresses, a user calendar, and more intuitive features for easy navigation (i.e., the back button works without logging you out).
